Yes, the security deposit is refundable, provided you meet all the terms of your lease agreement. If you plan to move out at the end of your lease, you’ll need to provide written notice according to the terms outlined in your lease agreement at least 30 days before your lease expires. via the portal or by email at the contact in the lease

As a tenant, you are generally responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and promptly reporting any needed repairs. The cost for repairs that are due to normal wear and tear, or issues that fall under the landlord’s responsibility, will be covered by the landlord.
However, you may be responsible for repairs if damage is caused by neglect or misuse. Please refer to your lease agreement for more details on maintenance responsibilities. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
